I’ve been living overseas in Australia for just over 2 years. I think I want to move back home to Canada.

Question by Marie D: I’ve been living overseas in Australia for just over 2 years. I think I want to move back home to Canada.
I really miss my family & friends back in Canada. I live with my boyfriend here in Australia, so I’m torn. I don’t want to drag him back to Canada & have him go through the same homesickness. We both need to decide if that’s what we would want anyways. I miss my independence, but my boyfriend & I have been together almost 4 years, are best friends, & were talking about buying a house & marriage. Is it crazy that now I’m thinking of starting my life over again?

VISA HELP! Where can someone from England, UK move overseas to where it is sunny and good quality of life?

Question by Lili: VISA HELP! Where can someone from England, UK move overseas to where it is sunny and good quality of life?
I hate england, and my partner and I would like to live overseas. We own a property here so could sell and afford to buy a house elsewhere, ideally I’d love to like to live in California but we can’t get visas. I know we can live anywhere in Europe but don’t speak any other languages (happy to learn!) and want somewhere that has nice people, excellent quality of life and no visa hassles!

Question by SJ: What steps need to be taken to move overseas ( Australia ) to live and work permanently from the UK?
I have been thinking for a while now about moving overseas from the UK, and the place i would like to go is Australia, to live and work permanently, i plan on finding a home to rent and finding a job etc.
But i was wondering what steps have to be taken and what needs to be done for this to be able to happen, has anyone done this themselves and been through the process of it all, and if so, then all info would be appreciated.

Thank you.

depends what you do really?, if you have a enough money you can “buy” yourself in very easily, if not just come over on a working holiday and then hook up with a chick and get a de facto visa, or join a company and get sponsered. Its pretty easy really, come to Melbourne, it was voted the second most liveable city in the world..(prob cause im here, and all the woman flock to see me),,…good luck buddy
