Question by chicagonly2003: Can a apartment management company rent/maintain my condo for me while I live overseas?
I own a condo and am being transferred out of the country with my job. I don’t want to sell my condo but would like to rent it out. Since I am not going to be here to manage this are there companies out there that can manage/rent out my condo for me? Thanks in advance.

Question by Jason: All my condo neighbors hate me. Should I move?
Alot of my neighbors are older folks who seem to demand the type of quiet that you’d find in a retirement community, even though this isn’t a retirement community. They hate my motorcycle (it’s louder than a car, but legal), the fact that people knock on my door late at night, and that my dog barks when someone rings the doorbell. We’ve had numerous arguments and they sometimes go into the little bar across the street where my friends hang out and tell the bartender how much they hate me. I like the area though, and will lose 6% to a realtor if I sell the place. I’m pretty sure I haven’t broken any laws… What should I do? It’s rather uncomfortable going outside to get the mail and stuff when these old folks give me dirty looks, but if I go then it’s like letting them win at my expense.

Answer by flossintru your home is the one place you should be able to come to and relax and unwind but it sounds like you can’t 6% is worth the peace of mind you will get if you find a place where you feel much more comfortable. check out the new places very carefully before moving. It will be worth it when you no longer fear coming home.
