Question by Smiley: If you live overseas, do you still have to file state taxes or only fedral?

I am not in the military. I have lived in Japan for 10 years and am paying Japanese tax and am completely tax exempt yet I still have a driver’s liecence and am registered to vote in Colorado.

Both. If you live overseas, and are in the military at least.
